Please fill out your personal information on the form below, and contact our office for an appointment. Our office is located at 510 West Marina Dr, Emerald Isle, NC (252-354-3106). Boats will be charged a facilities fee and a rate of $10 per foot, per month. All boats must have proof of insurance and must have proof of paying taxes in a county.

Season Ramp Passes for 2010
Passes are available for sale at our office at 510 West Marina Dr, Emerald Isle, NC. Season passes are $300 per year. Season passes for active military and veterans are $100.00 per year.

Daily Boat Ramp Requirements
If you plan to use the Boat Ramp on a daily basis you are welcome to use for a $10 fee. Please pay in marina building or put money in the box beside the ramp.

ALL FUEL PRODUCTS ARE ETHANOL-FREE!
As of January 1, 2010, all Boats in IHM must have:
Signed Lease Agreement
Proof of Insurance
Monthly Account Paid
Vessel Registered in a specified county
Rates and Fees
Facility Fee for all members......$300.00 (includes ramp pass, guaranteed parking, boat wash station, fish cleaning station and world class service.)
Facility Fee for active military and veterans......$100.00
Storage in the fence......$50 a month (after facility fee is paid)
In-Water Monthly Slips......$10 per foot per month (does not include facility fee)
Weekly Slip......$240.00 (when available, includes ramp pass and all member privileges for that week.)
Overnight Dockage......$2.00 per foor/per night (includes the ramp pass)
Kayak Launch......$5.00
**$300,000 liability insurance required for dockage.**
